Filling up the drains
The faultless corona
Of illuminating light
Sets you off against
The shadows of the dark
Just for a moment
The black sky blankets the earth
You light up like the brightest star
That I will follow
I’m floating into space
To get closer to you
I am not afraid
Just consume me
What if the clouds stop forming?
And everything disintegrates
With nothing but the silence
That creeps in the air

Scream in silence
Till I am heard
I want to see you
Watch you sleep
Every single day

Written in raindrops
All shedding blue ink
